Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
The wallpaper is custom made to fit your wall and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We take upmost care when printing your mural and as it is custom made to fit your wall, it will be your responsibly to check your measurements to what we have supplied on your quote.
Printing wallpaper is an advanced process and on very rare occasions, mistakes can be made. Always check the wallpaper before hanging it to ensue there are no production defects. If you find any flaws, please contact us before you start to install the wallpaper.
Any damage that may happen on install is not the responsibility of Back to the Wall, however we will help in any way to rectify any problems you may have.
The images of our murals and room settings on our site are for visual purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer or phone’s display of the colours / brightness will accurately reflect the colour of the final products. Your Products may vary slightly from the images you see on screen.
